Not sure if temporary work is right for you? ProSearch Temps aren’t like regular temporary jobs. The vast majority of our temporary assignments are temp-to-hire, meaning the client is looking to hire for the position permanently as long as the employee is a good fit. Think of it like an extended interview – that you get paid for! 

Our temporary employees choose this path for a variety of reasons – including getting a foot in the door at top employers, testing the waters to find just the type of work they’re looking for, or maintaining their income and benefits while searching for the perfect permanent gig.

Step 1: Join our Network – all you have to do is submit your resume, but if you see the perfect job on our job board, feel free to apply directly. We’ll get your resume either way. 

Step 2: Our recruiters will review your resume and get in touch with you right away (like, the next day) to talk about your background and the types of jobs you’re interested in. We’ll discuss any current opportunities that we feel might be a good fit and add you to our Hot Jobs list to keep you in the know about future positions. 

Step 3: Once we know what you’re looking for we’ll start matching you with good-fit projects, present your candidate profile to hiring managers, and work with you to arrange interviews for the opportunities you’re most excited about.
