Temp to Hire Admissions Associate
Location: Bangor, ME
Salary: $22-24 per hour

Join Our Client's Team in Healthcare!

Are you ready to make a difference for others in healthcare? As a Temp-to-Hire Admissions Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming patients, ensuring an easy and efficient admission process. You'll be coordinating with medical, nursing, and accounting teams to manage various assignments

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee patient admissions and bed assignments.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless patient placement.
  • Handle insurance verification and pre-certifications.
  • Maintain daily census and generate necessary reports.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous data entry experience (1 year minimum).
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
  • Experience in healthcare, or with insurance prior authorizations required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Maine residency.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
