ERP Finance Project Manager

Join our client's Rhode Island based team in their transition to Workday Finance and HCM ERP modules! As the ERP Finance Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this transformative initiative. Collaborating closely with the implementation vendor and Project Management team, you'll drive the successful implementation of Workday modules. Your role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with project objectives, regulatory compliance, and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of Workday Finance module for the department and other assigned activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system functionality and business processes.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Monitor project schedules and vendor performance.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee configuration of the system to meet business specifications.
  • Manage budget and financial processes of the program.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in management or IT consulting.
  • Recent experience with tier one ERP solutions, preferably Workday.
  • Demonstrated experience in large implementation projects with multiple vendors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with project management tools preferred.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
