Local healthcare organization is looking for a Temporary Supply Clerk to join their team to ensure inventory and supplies distribution across the office, manage shipping and receiving, and other tasks as assigned. This great team is looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, an understanding of inventory systems, good communication skills, who is comfortable on the computer and who has reliable transportation to downtown Portland.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory counts
  • Effectively communicate with people over the phone
  • Process supply requests accurately 
  • Receive shipments
  • Process vendor returns
  • Completes corresponding paperwork

Shift:

  • Sunday-Wednesday 6am-4pm or 7am-5pm (4- 10 hour shifts)

$19-20/hour
