Our client, a leader in the local food & beverage industry, is seeking to add a Technology Director to their growing leadership team. This Direct Hire position will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological strategy and direction of our client. This key leadership role will be responsible for envisioning, planning, and implementing technology-driven solutions that enhance our operational efficiency, customer engagement, and overall brand experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment between business goals and technological advancements.

Vendor Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a technology leadership role, preferably within the QSR or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, mobile technologies, and e-commerce systems.
  • Experience with software development, systems integration, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate technology trends into actionable business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
