Senior IT Support Specialist
hybrid role with on-site in Belgrade. (1-2 Weeks on-site for training)

Responsibilities:
- Provide second-level technical support to end-users, swiftly addressing inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals for employees.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement within the department.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all levels of employees, including customers, peers, and leadership.
- Create, maintain, and update documentation and checklists to ensure efficiency and consistency in operations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of technical support experience in a professional setting.
- Willingness to travel to other sites and work after hours when necessary.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction, demonstrated through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve business problems effectively.
- Proficiency in M365, Windows Server and Desktop OS’s, VMWare ESX, Horizon View, HyperV, Azure, InTune, and SQL Server.
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
- Thorough understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
- Familiarity with asset management and deploying, implementing, and managing 3rd party antivirus/anti-malware software.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance preferred.
