Our client, a veterinary product company in the Rockland, Maine area, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative to join their team. 

The Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative will perform outbound calls for existing customers, with the objective of building a strong relationship for continued business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships through strong customer service and account management skills.
  • Perform outbound calls, determine customer’s current needs, and educate and inspire customers on the value of our product/service.
  • Generate follow-up calls with established customers by managing the sales pipeline through CRM program.
  • Generate detailed notes through CRM of the interaction/needs of the customer base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of all sales, and customer updates.
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of direct B2B sales and/or outbound sales call and customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding company goal objectives.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, excellent work ethic.
  • Outstanding verbal communication, persuasion, and follow-up ability.
  • Skilled Multitasker: speaking clearly, actively listening, and taking impeccable notes.
  • Motivated to succeed, goal driven.
 
This is a 32-hour/week, in-office position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.  There is a base salary and commission structure based on increasing sales with existing customer base.
