Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Agile Teams: Take the helm in leading multiple agile teams within a scaled agile framework, guiding them towards successful project delivery.

  2. Facilitate Engaging Ceremonies: Foster collaboration and efficiency by facilitating engaging and productive agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  3. Remove Roadblocks: Clear the path for your teams by swiftly identifying and removing impediments, enabling seamless progress towards project goals.

  4. Coach for Success: Serve as a personal coach for team members, empowering them with Agile practices and principles to enhance performance and productivity.

  5. Drive Strategic Planning: Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution, driving shared vision and alignment between teams and Product Owners.

Must-Have Technologies and Skills:

  • Agile Scrum Master Experience: Proven track record in leading agile teams and facilitating successful project delivery.

  • JIRA Proficiency: Experience with JIRA or similar tools to manage and track project progress effectively.

  • Exceptional Facilitation and Communication Skills: Strong ability to facilitate engaging ceremonies and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Coaching Mastery: Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members to unlock their full potential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically under pressure.
  • Highly motivated team player with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
