Job Title: Lead/Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Presentation: Comfortably present innovative solutions to cross-functional teams, actively participating in collaborative decision-making processes. Ensure alignment with project objectives and contribute to strategic discussions.

  2. Mentorship and Skill Development: Mentor junior developers and support senior team members in acquiring new skills. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to foster continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

  3. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in the Java programming language and REST services. Exhibit an expert level of understanding in GoLang, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of complex applications.

  4. Technological Proficiency: Utilize required technologies and skills, including Docker/Kubernetes, REST, GRPC, Golang, and Java, to develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robust applications.

  5. Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required):

    • Front-End Development: Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Angular, enhancing user experiences and contributing to interactive interfaces.
    • Development Tools: Experience with tools like IntelliJ and proficiency in CI/CD practices, ensuring streamlined development processes and efficient code deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in at least one modern language (JavaScript, Go, Python, PHP, etc.).
  • Experience with React and Node.js is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical solutions effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
