Temporary Accounting / Office Manager

Growing business in Augusta is looking for a temp to hire, part time, Office Manager. 

This individual will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable, adding accounting entries into QuickBooks, managing insurance, transcribing notes/emails, managing job spreadsheets (MS Excel) and light administrative tasks.  Position will be 25-30 hrs/wk.  Ideal candidate will have prior administrative and light accounting experience, prior exposure to QuickBooks and MS Word and Excel knowledge.  $18-20/hr. Immediate need!
