Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our Brunswick based client is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their busy recruiting team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Preparing and processing employment paperwork
  • Preparing new hire background checks
  • Internal audits and projects
  • Coordinating travel for team members
  • Coordinating new hire orientation

 

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or an equivalent of education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration preferred
  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience preferred
  • 0-2+ years of Administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Previous HRIS experience preferred
