This newly created role will provide guidance in career setting, performance tracking and guidance, and have managed teams of 8-12 or up. Individuals who can help bring a great sense of urgency, output, and delivery due to the demands on the business itself to perform. It is NOT a requirement that candidates be “hands on” currently. It is really people management skills and expertise that are most interested in.
