  • Expert-level Python programming with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-level coding experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement computer vision algorithms
What You’ll Do
  • Design and deploy computer vision algorithms on embedded platforms used in veterinary diagnostics
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, clinical, and business teams to define project goals and milestones
  • Drive full-cycle development: data annotation, model training, evaluation, and deployment
  • Leverage NVIDIA GPUs for real-time, embedded processing
  • Maintain high-performance, scalability, and clean code using best software engineering practices
  • Stay ahead of cutting-edge advances in computer vision and machine learning
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing culture
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer ScienceElectrical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) is highly desired
  • 3+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or TensorFlow), Databricks, and AWS
  • Proven track record of deploying models on embedded systems, especially with NVIDIA GPUs
  • Familiarity with digital cytologymicroscopy, or digital pathology is a strong plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
