Expert-level Python programming with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV
Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-level coding experience
Proven ability to design and implement computer vision algorithms
What You’ll Do
Design and deploy computer vision algorithms on embedded platforms used in veterinary diagnostics
Collaborate with software, hardware, clinical, and business teams to define project goals and milestones
Drive full-cycle development: data annotation, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Leverage NVIDIA GPUs for real-time, embedded processing
Maintain high-performance, scalability, and clean code using best software engineering practices
Stay ahead of cutting-edge advances in computer vision and machine learning
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing culture
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) is highly desired
3+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning
Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or TensorFlow), Databricks, and AWS
Proven track record of deploying models on embedded systems, especially with NVIDIA GPUs
Familiarity with digital cytology, microscopy, or digital pathology is a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
