We are currently recruiting for 2 Temporary Patient Services Reps for one of our favorite clients in South Portland.  Our client, a specialty medical practice, is looking for a temporary (3+ month) Patient Service Rep who will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and general office support tasks.

This role entails utilizing excellent customer service and technical skills to update patient details in the computer system, verify insurance information, create/maintain/update file charts, and schedule/reschedule and confirm appointments.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, basic to intermediate computer skills (including the ability to learn new programs) and solid attention to detail.

Monday-Friday, 8-4:30. South Portland. $20/hr.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to continue and enhance their office support skills, as well as for candidates looking to transition into an office role from a retail or hospitality setting.
