Our client in Westbrook is seeking a hybrid, long term temporary Credit Specialist. This position is responsible for utilizing excellet customer service and computer skills to connect with customers regarding past due bills via email, phone and letter. In this role you will utilize various systems and work with different departments to resolve all stages of delinquency. To be successful in this role, you should have intermedial MS Excel skills, superior customer service and negotiation skills and some prior working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Billing. Training for this role will be fully onsite. After training, a hybrid schedule is offered. Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm OR 9:30am-6pm. Immediate need! Long term, potential temp to hire. $21-24/hr
