Location: Westbrook, ME | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm
Join our client's on-site Help Desk team and provide essential IT support to their team! Your main role will focus on configuring and setting up devices (laptops, desktops, iPads), and ensuring users are comfortable with their new equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and image new devices (mostly Windows, some Mac) for employees.
- Provide help desk support, including data migration and software setup.
- Offer walk-up assistance for hardware issues, password resets, and account troubleshooting.
- Ensure employees are comfortable with their new computers and software.
Top Skills Needed:
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- IT troubleshooting experience, especially with hardware support.
- Experience configuring new computers and setting up applications.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP (not required).
