Location: Downtown Portland (Parking Provided)
Hours: 10 hours/week
Pay: $25/hour
Our client is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to manage day-to-day tasks with a hybrid schedule. This role is perfect for someone great with people, highly organized and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mail & Finance: Sort mail, prepare and deposit checks.
- Organization: Manage both physical and digital filing systems.
- Event Planning: Assist in coordinating company events like holiday parties.
- Procurement: Handle office supply orders and inventory.
- Onboarding: Help onboard new employees.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with cleaning services and vendors.
- Admin Support: Provide general administrative help as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous admin experience preferred.
