Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Scarborough
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Join our client's team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This role requires someone who excels both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Prepare, deliver, and enter invoices into systems, ensuring contract compliance.
  • Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers and Project Managers to resolve billing issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain customer records, process daily cash receipts, and assist with cash collection.
  • Training & Support: Train employees on invoicing procedures, provide backup phone coverage, and assist with reconciliations and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a detail-oriented, professional manner.
