Temporary Recruiting Support Specialist
Location: Downtown Portland, ME
Pay: $25 – $30/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30
Start Date: September 30th

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Contracts: Administer agency contracts, ensuring operations and adherence to terms.
  • Support Hiring Leaders: Provide essential administrative assistance and improve communication strategies.
  • Resolve Issues: Be the go-to person for handling employee relations concerns tied to agency staff, using your critical thinking and HR skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in employee orientation and relations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in executive and internal recruiting
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively
