Looking to jump start your Human Resources career? We are working with a growing Lewiston-based organization to fill a Temp to Hire Human Resources Generalist role.

In this role, you'd be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS (ADP) system, serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, audit HR files, support employee engagement functions, provide coordination and assistance in various areas of HR operations.

What are we looking for in a candidate? We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in HR, communications or business administration, paired with roughly 1+ year(s) of office support expeirence.  An intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook also preferred. 

This position will be a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Lewiston/2 remote) once training is completed (roughly 60-90 days after you start).
