Remote Business Analyst – Change Management Specialist

Are you passionate about driving organizational change through effective communication and training strategies? Join our project team as a Remote Business Analyst specializing in Change Management. As a vital member of the Project Management Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments within the State of Maine on transformative initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change Management experience with system implementations, particularly around training delivery and content development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with state government or non-profit organizations
  • Strong organization and work management skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Change Ambassador Network and coordinate communication events
  • Assist with impact analysis and documentation of job roles
  • Contribute to the development and management of the End User Training strategy
  • Support training content development and testing efforts
  • Monitor end user training activities, including enrollment and attendance
  • Provide assistance for Train-the-Trainer programs
  • Collaborate on the development of multimedia training and communications content
  • Deliver training classes and related events to end users

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Change Management, preferably on large-scale implementation projects
  • Active listening skills and the ability to articulate messages effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification abilities
  • Proficiency in multimedia production is advantageous
