Our client is seeking a meticulous QA Analyst to oversee user acceptance testing for the Self-Service Portal. If you have a strong background in software quality testing of large enterprise systems and exceptional organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop requirements traceability matrix and test cases, preparing test data and conditions.
  • Execute application, batch, and interface test cases, capturing and reporting results using approved tracking tools.
  • Manage defects from inception through resolution, coordinating user acceptance test activities with the UAT Manager.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Eight (8) years of work experience in software quality testing on an economic assistance eligibility system.
  • High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of work experience in software quality testing on an economic assistance eligibility system.
  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of work experience in software quality testing on an enterprise-level platform.
  • Master’s degree and two (2) years of work experience in software quality testing on an enterprise-level platform.
