What You’ll Do:

Evaluate business opportunities by analyzing targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues, and the competitive environment.
– Apply deep knowledge of company product capabilities and service offerings to enhance and diversify the product portfolio.
– Collaborate closely with product development to create innovative products and validate early product definitions with customers.
– Use technical expertise to formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities.
– Develop project plans aimed at addressing customer needs and expanding market share.

How You’ll Engage:

What You’ll Bring:

– 6-10 years of specific product management leadership experience, with a focus on onboarding, digital customer acquisition, or SaaS.
– Proven methodologies for developing exceptional products, including customer-driven innovation, rapid experimentation, prototyping, customer journey mapping, and outcome measurement.
– Expertise in optimizing customer conversion throughout the acquisition funnel, leveraging personalized content to deliver tailored experiences.
– A strong understanding of how micro-level features interface with the macro-level product vision.
– Proficiency in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives within an organization.
– Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in evolving business environments.
– A learning mindset for developing and testing hypotheses.
– Experience in building self-service products from scratch, especially those related to data definition, SDKs, and APIs for software developers.
– Proficiency in thinking through unifying elements and envisioning user workflows and interfaces.
– Familiarity with big data frameworks.
– A data-driven approach to customer understanding, roadmap prioritization, and outcome measurement.
– Agility in working with teams, pursuing broad exploration before narrowing down and iterating.
– An undergraduate degree; an advanced degree is a plus.
