We're working with a small Portland mission driven non-profit that is looking for an experienced Office Manager to keep their office running smoothly. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Office site management and organization
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Data Entry 
  • Scheduling, meeting set up, and meeting minutes
  • Assisting with entering invoices and bill pay
Experience: 
  • Previous office management/administrative experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Google Docs
  • Experience with Salesforce and previous accounting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Great communication skills
  • Team Player


Monday-Friday. 
$25/hour. 
Parking provided.
