Executive Director
The successful Executive Director candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to make informed decisions, think strategically, and confidently put forward views and ideas. The Executive Director will ensure that the organization has a long-range strategy to achieve its mission and provide leadership in developing programs, while also overseeing organizational and financial planning with administration and the Board of Directors. This includes maintaining a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field as well as maintaining official records and documents, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. The ED will develop and recommend new policies to the Board and maintain an environment that attracts, retains, and motivates a diverse staff of the highest quality personnel.
This leadership role will represent Morrison Center at the local, state, and federal levels including working directly with families, United Way, state agencies, public and private schools, and the local media. Therefore, bringing awareness of Morrison Center’s activities, programs, and goals to the broader community.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $140,000 – 160,000 commensurate with experience.
