The CHRO is responsible for the continued development and execution of HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of MEMIC specifically in the areas of talent management, recognition, succession planning, compliance, compensation, payroll, benefits, 401K, incentive compensation, performance management, and training and development.
This is a hands-on CHRO role managing a tenured team of 20.
