Great South Portland client is growing and adding a dynamic individual to the team as a Customer Care/Front Desk Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person to provide exceptional customer service with all interactions and provide general office support.
- Assisting all customers and providing great customer service
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Provide general office support including but not limited to assisting with mailings, front office displays, and office supply orders
- Great customer service experience
- Previous office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and adaptable, take initiative, and learn quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoom
- Willing to learn new software
Monday-Thursday. 8:00am-5:30pm. Onsite.
