The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher is committed to providing outstanding customer service, answering service calls, emails, monitoring social media, and directing questions, or concerns to the appropriate parties.
The ideal candidate for this role has outstanding communication skills, works well in a team environment, familiar with Microsoft O365 and mobile technologies (Android and iOS), able to comfortably use social media (Facebook, Instagram), has 2+ years of customer service, and is a quick learner.
