Quick start to work for one of Maine's top medical providers in their Finance department!  We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for accurately processing and payment of the company's payables. 

Responsibilities:
  • Processing and payment of invoices
  • Batch invoices and run control totals on amount and account numbers 
  • Process prepaids and reconcile to trial balance monthly
  • Verify invoices
  • Maintain records accurately

Experience: 
  • Strong experience with MS Office- Word and Excel, Prophix is a plus
  • Experience with accounting systems, preferably Sage
  • Great communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail

Monday-Friday 40 hours/week or Part-Time 3 days/week. Onsite. $25-30/hour DOE. 
COVID-19 vaccination required.
