Portland based office is looking for a contract Administrative and Finance Manager to support their busy office. This is a dynamic role for an individual with an Administrative, HR, and Finance background, with great communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, strong analysis and reporting skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities:
Department budget management
Ensuring State and Federal compliance regulations are met
Financial reporting
Involvement in hiring process
Benefits and payroll administration
Other projects and duties as assigned
