Are you an Office Assistant/Admin looking for a new local company to work for? We're working with a great Portland construction company in their search for an Office Assistant support their office.
About the Job:
Communicating with clients via phone, email, and meetings
Light accounting projects including data entry, payroll, AR, and some AP
Assisting in document preparation and filing
Reconciling month end financials
Maintaining accurate timeclock record
Other tasks as assigned
About You:
Previous Admin/Office experience
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Works well individual and on a team
Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Knowledge of social media, Ketchup software, and/or Buildertrend is a plus
Monday-Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm.
