Are you an Office Assistant/Admin looking for a new local company to work for?  We're working with a great Portland construction company in their search for an Office Assistant support their office. 

About the Job:
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, and meetings
  • Light accounting projects including data entry, payroll, AR, and some AP
  • Assisting in document preparation and filing
  • Reconciling month end financials
  • Maintaining accurate timeclock record 
  • Other tasks as assigned
About You:
  • Previous Admin/Office experience
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Works well individual and on a team
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Knowledge of social media, Ketchup software, and/or Buildertrend is a plus
Monday-Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm.
