One of Maine's premier healthcare organizations is growing its IT Support team and is looking for a Tier II Helpdesk Technician!

This technical position is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues, manage and setup user accounts, and providing support for our client's core applications.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, previous experience with desktop/helpdesk support, Windows server experience, and strong Active Directory skills.

Available Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
