Small, busy real estate firm in downtown Portland is seeking a temporary (with a potential to be temp-to-hire) Office Manager.
This individual is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests/visitors, light correspondence, sorting/distributing mail, and supporting the partners and marketing manager.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of office support or administrative experience, solid MS Excel skills, and a customer service-oriented demeanor.
This is a great group of individuals, looking for a professional (but fun!) new co-worker!
