Our client is seeking a temp to hire Customer Service Representative in the Portland area.  

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and input claim reports into the computer system.
  • Answer claim department questions.
  • Setup and maintain claim information.
  • Provide clerical support to various departments.
  • Assist as needed in process claim department mail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Speed and accuracy in typing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

$16/hour. Monday-Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)

Proof of vaccination required.
