We are working with a great employer partner to fill their need for a Product Specialist to provide ongoing application data maintenance and testing for upgrades for an internal application. The role is also responsible for problem identification, documentation, and communication of issues to be remediated by the application vendor.
The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skill and attention to detail, works well with customers and internal team members to analyze data, needs, and communicate effectively. This person will analyze and identify areas of improvement and implement needed changes while thoroughly documenting all changes.
