Our client, a well-known credit union in Greater Portland, is seeking a Director of Digital Experience to add to their team.
The Director of Digital Experience is responsible for developing and maintaining a successful member experience related to the credit union online/mobile banking and other not-in-person platforms. This is done not only by evaluating member needs on a consistent, regular basis, but also by troubleshooting issues with members and vendors as they arise. Project management is also a key component of this role as it relates to the digital space. This position will be required to implement new products and services, further enhance existing products and services, and assess the ongoing performance and need of existing products and services.
The Director of Digital Experience will have one direct report, the Digital Experience Specialist, and will be a part of the organization’s overall leadership team and will report to the CFO.
Successful candidates will have experience in project management and vendor management within a banking organization.
Salary will depend on experience. This position will likely be an in-office position, working at the flagship branch. There will be some have the flexibility to work from home at times.
