Downtown Portland office is seeking a long-term temporary Process Support team member to support the Contracts Team. This team member manages all paperwork needed to process vendor accounts from beginning stages of receiving signed MSA, setting up the accounting, and following up on the contract status to ensure all documentation is provided, signed, and accounted for.
The ideal candidate is extremely well-organized with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, strong computer skills, an aptitude for learning new software, and previous experience with salesforce is preferred.
This is a remote to start position but may be required to be onsite. Monday-Friday. 8:00am-5:00pm. $18-20/hour.
