Our Portland based client is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide end-user support and resolve end-user issues. In this customer facing role, you will be the first point of contact for end-users reporting technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
If you have previous experience working on a helpdesk team or other customer support role, are tech savvy with a good understanding of computer systems and basic technical issues, and have excellent customer service, this is a great fit for you!
